More On Inadequate Response

This time it’s a bombshell report that’s from the Wall Street Journal that I read in Apple News about the total incompetence of the Federal government. The name of the article is:

Miscalculation at Every Level Left U.S. Unequipped to Fight Coronavirus

 I expect the Trump administration will blame everyone else and the Fascist media will echo the lies. The truth is the Trump Administration released their budget in February cutting the FEMA budget by 70%. And appointed an apparently incompetent military officer to oversee the emergency needs of America, who dismantled the already inadequate infrastructure of emergency management services.

Of course, according to the Trumpskyite’s logic, you can blame three years of inactivity on the previous administration, because they’re anti-American shitbags who should be informing the American public, and instead, are mouthing the Trump Propaganda. When are the class action lawsuits going to start to take Fox, Breitbart and the rest of the right-wing media up on fraud and misrepresentation charges? Ought to be made to pay tens of billions of dollars for their campaign of disinformation.

CapitalOne provides misleading information on their website

 Well, this time, I have new info about dishonest corporations. I went on the CapitalOne website to make a payment on my credit card. As you can see, the date of the transaction is 11/8 and the webpage clearly states my payment is not due until tomorrow, 11/9 at 8 pm ET. Look further down the page and see that they’ve charged me a late fee. And in a really small typeface, they give the due date as 11/7. I called CapitalOne and they insisted that the due date was 11/7. They finally relented and credited me back the $27 late fee after a 17 minute phone call. And they refused to take responsibility for the bogus information on their website, that’s what got me pissed off. CapitalOne is like most large corporations, unethical.

 According to the Wall Street Journal: Fox’s Dobbs, Bartiromo and Pirro Ask Court to Dismiss Defamation Suit Cable-news hosts say they were covering and commenting on newsworthy claims Why do fake journalists resort to lies and other "alternative facts" when they should provably know the false narrative is only their attempt to placate their radical audience? The only thing the far right wing media knows to do is to deflect blame. So much for personal responsibility that the far right espouses. The far right never accepts responsibility, it only demands others to follow the rules they set.

Officially Hot

 Well, it’s officially hot here in Las Vegas. I was sitting outside reading a geek book on my ipad and the ipad gave up the ghost. The screen showed some graphic and said the ipad had to cool down before it could be used more. The thermometer says its 112 at 2 pm. I guess its time to revert to physical books, at least they don’t overheat at temperatues seen here in Vegas.
